Daryl Johnson, President, Johnson and Associates

Daryl has over 20 years Human Resources experience serving, in senior HR roles within a variety of organizations and sectors; with responsibility for leadership development, executive coaching, team effectiveness, strategic HR planning, HR effectiveness audits, succession planning, total compensation program design, and performance management systems.


In addition to his senior HR experience, Daryl has spent the past 10 years as a Human Resources and management consultant. He is the President/Owner of Johnson and Associates; and leads engagements in leadership training, team and organizational effectiveness, HR strategic planning, and culture change for clients in the public, private and non-profit sectors. Daryl is also an accomplished triathlete, completing two Ironman triathlons (2004, 2006.).
